Your first baby is way too expensive. Cohen is 8+months old and still sleeps in his pack and play. And my sisters baby is over a year and he still sleeps in his pack and play too (her actual crib is being used as a full size bed by her 4 year old). They are fine sleeping in there as long as you need so buy all your other stuff before your "actual" crib.
