Husband Tag

1. What is his name? Kevin Andrew Thomas

2. Who eats more? Kevin eats more real food but I eat more sweets by far!

3. Who said I love you first? Kevin did. We were in Vernal, Utah on his aunt's backyard swing. We were in a fight for some reason or another and so we went outside to discuss our fight and resolve the problem. Then he said it and I said it back. Needless to say, the fight was miraculously resolved!

4. Who is taller? Kevin

5. Who is smarter? Kevin is more math and science smart and I am more history and English smart. We both think we are smarter than the other when it comes to street smarts. (I will have the better college GPA but he is taking harder classes than I ever did, but still its just the number that counts right? I am just a little bit competitive when it comes to school and grades)

6. Who is more sensitive? Lately, I cry over everything but I think it is just the hormones. Overall, I think Kevin is more sensitive but don't tell him I told you because he likes to act tough.

7. Who does the laundry? I do! Kevin's job is to fold the socks and then he likes to throw the socks into his clothes bin. Almost all of them miss and then I have to pick them up. So it is more of a hassle to have him help sometimes.

8. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? I do and always have.

9. Who pays the bills? I pay the bills with the money both of us earn. Basically my pay checks cover all the necessities and Kevin's cover the fun things.

10. Who cooks more? Me ... Kevin cooks sunny side-up eggs, anything on the grill, pancakes, anything breakfasty.

11. Who is more stubborn? Kevin would say that I am but I would say that he is. So we are going to compromise and say that Maddy is.

12. Who is the first to admit they are wrong? Well this goes along with who is more stubborn. So we do not have a clear winner in this category either.

13. Who is more clean? Did I mention that most of his socks don't end up in his bin? Well add that to the fact that hardly any of his clothes end up in the laundry and I am the winner. He will clean when I ask him to though which is nice.

14. Who has more siblings? Me- 4 and Kevin-3

15. Who wears the pants in the relationship? We will let Kevin think he does!

16. What do you like to do together? Nowadays we spend most of our time catching up on our missing sleep. We also love to play with Maddy, watch movies, go to the park and play bocce ball and horseshoes, eating anything and everything, hanging out with good friends and family.

17.Who eats more sweets? Me and I am darn proud of it. If we go to an ice cream shop, I will order the triple chocolate brownie caramel blast ice cream and Kevin will get a fruit sorbet. So I feel fat but am very happy. Kevin prefers salty foods instead.

18. Guilty pleasures? bag of potato chips

19. How did you meet? We met through Mike Griggs. He was a mission buddy of Kevin's and my home teacher at BYU. The year after he was my home teacher, he was Kevin's roommate. The first time we met, Kevin was cuddling with another girl. The second time I thought he liked my roommate. And then the third time we cuddled during a movie. Then he asked me out on a date. I found it funny that we had already cuddled but I had no idea what his last name was so my goal was to find out his last name while on our date. So we are in the car driving to a warehouse to watch a movie and Kevin turns to me and says "By the way, what is your last name?" He totally stole my thunder but I found out his last name too and all was well.

20. Who proposed? Kevin in my basement in Ohio

21. What is his best feature? His eyes and his arms. MOST IMPORTANTLY THOUGH IS HIS LUSCIOUS BUM!

22. What is his greatest quality? He is a great husband and father. He is very caring and loves to spend time with us. I love watching him interact with Maddy because they are just so cute together. He is a hard worker and will be a great provider as soon as we can get him graduated. Most importantly, he makes me smile. I can't stay mad at him for very long. I love being with him because everyday is a new adventure!
