I made us get up early and head back to the Brandenburg Gate so we could get a family picture. Kevin once again thought I was nuts but he only complained a little bit. We did notice that there were lots of police out and roads were closed. Come to find out that Saturday was the finals of the German cup which was being played in Berlin. So there were thousands of drunk, rowdy football fans everywhere we went in the city.
We decided to spend the day at the Berlin Tierpark not to be confused with the Berlin Zoo. It was freezing cold though and Scott was miserable so we did not last very long.
The Tiger exhibit was very cool because they are so close and there were so many of them and they were so active. Kevin and I could have stood there all day but Maddy only lasted about a minute.
It was a fun filled couple of days to Berlin.
