When we got to Lake Como we decided to ride the Funicular Railway up to the top and see the view.
The only problem was that it was really foggy so once we got to the top we could not see much
George Clooney where are you? After we got back I read on People.com that he was at Lake Como that weekend! We should have totally taken the tour that goes by his house. Oh well!
Eating pizza in Italy. Kevin wanted a cold drink so he ordered two cans of pop with our pizza. They were smaller than a regular can and 3 euros a can! He has since been forbidden from ordering pop at restaurants.
We drove up around the lake because I read about a sandy beach. Well it was not what I was expecting so instead we went and played miniature golf. It was Maddy's first time and what she lacks in technique she makes up for with style.
Because we drove up along Lake Como the GPS had us go a very nontraditional route home. We went over the Alps on skinny little roads that just did switch backs all the way up the mountains. These pictures are from coming back down and are no where near as crazy as the ones going up.
