Going to Dachau was definitely a humbling experience. It is still so hard to fathom how such horrible things could have happened. The exhibit is very well done and covers a lot of history. It was very confusing for Maddy as to why the good guys were in prison and the bad guys were not. I tried my best to explain it to her without going into specifics and I think she grasped the spirit of it.
