From Rome we headed through Tuscany to Siena. I have decided that I would like a villa in Tuscany. It was beautiful and charming and everything the movies make it out to be. If we had more time and less cranky children then I would have stopped at every single quaint little town.
Siena's Piazza del Campo is the main square in town and we had fun just
sitting in the shade and watching Scott and Maddy chase pigeons and
point at dogs.
And we give good hugs to each other and open mouthed kisses!
Then we headed up to the Siena Cathedral and shared some gelato on the steps.
Lastly we got lost and were wondering the streets and someone offered to take our picture in front of the Church of San Domenico.
We finally made it back to our car and headed to Pisa!
