Maddy was so super duper excited to be back in America. She kept pointing to random people and saying "Do they speak English?" Then she was so happy when they did! She talked to anyone and everyone about everything. We spent the first week and a half of our American Adventure in Reno and Fallon. I was sick the entire time and the kids were jet lagged and sick so we were not the best house guests but we enjoyed being with Kevin's family.
Maddy woke up Christmas morning and promptly threw up twice. Kevin's
gift to me was cleaning it up and taking care of her. This was especially glorious because Scott decided to wake up at 3:30 AM and wouldn't go back to sleep.

This was probably his favorite gift and Kevin had run to the store two days before and picked it up for him.
She got tired halfway through and needed to lay down in order to help Scott open his presents.

Then she needed to take a bubble bath before she could open presents from Grandma and Grandpa so she then laid on the couch wrapped in her towel for the duration of Christmas morning. What a life!
