We have tried to visit more museums this winter since it has been so cold and snowy. This particular day we headed to Nymphenburg Palace to see the Museum of Men and Nature.
The exhibits were semi-interesting and a few were interactive which the kids enjoyed. It was just good to be out of the house.
I then pushed the double stroller through the snow over to the Botanical Gardens. I thought I was going to have a hernia when we finally got back to the car. It is a long story but it includes getting lost in the snowy gardens and coming upon two locked gates. The kids were snug and warm under their plastic covering but I was cold and wet and tired and took the rest of the day off.
Their favorite room was the butterfly and fish room but I did not get any pictures. Maddy loves butterflies and Scott loves fish so it was the perfect room for my kids.
