Paris

We left Disneyland Thursday afternoon and headed to Paris. We had dinner from a crepe cart and ate it behind Notre Dame Cathedral. Then we had sorbet and some pastries. The next morning was Maddy's birthday! We woke up and she threw up three times. So we stayed in out hotel room until noon and got her some stomach medicine from the pharmacy. Luckily, she did not throw up again and we were able to have a picnic by the Eiffel Tower before we had to catch our flight. 

 This picture was taken on a timer while the camera was propped on the ground. I think it turned out mighty well under the circumstances.

 After our picnic she wanted to race the pedal cars and since it was her birthday we let her do it. Twice!

 Then we rode the carousel and every time you go around you are supposed to get a ring on your stick. Maddy successfully did it twice.

 Then she got lazy and needed to make some calls.

 

I am still dreaming about the baguette we ate on our picnic.

Oh the metro. Not stroller friendly at all! We were walking up the steps to go to Notre Dame and I was carrying Scott in one hand and the front of the stroller in the other. Well I fell and since my hands were full of Scott I severely bruised my thighs and knees. It hurt! my thigh is still all black and blue but I am wearing it proudly as my motherhood badge because Scott did not get hurt at all.
