We celebrated her birthday the next day so we started off with presents of course!
The night before she opened presents from Grandma Pam and Grandpa Scott and got Cinderella dress, shoes, gloves and bag. So we got her a princess hair styling kit to go with it.
She also got some clothes for her babies.
And another pair of Belle shoes that promptly rubbed sores on her feet
Grandma and Scott dolls for her dollhouse.
And some Littlest Pet Shop figures
Then we had a pink cake and pink candles and sang to her. She loved being the center of attention! We tried to buy her a bike but could not find one so we borrowed one from a neighbor and got her training wheels instead.
Later that night she got Barbie Roller Skates from Grandma Linna and Grandpa Dale which she promptly put on.
We sure do love our Maddy girl. Here are four reasons why:
1. her smile and laugh. They just melt my heart
2. her willingness to help her brother
3. how outgoing and friendly she is
4. sense of humor- she knows how to make us laugh
And some more for good measure: kisses, hugs, she extends her arms all the way and says "I Love You This Much!", fearlessness, wants band aids on all her owies, cuddles on the couch and snuggles in bed, loves her friends, helps me clean, loves to call Grandma and Grandpa on Skype, loves to perform songs she writes herself or learns in church, plays princess and mom is the prince, loves the color pink, and is all around amazing!
We are so grateful to have her in our lives. She makes everyday better with her smiles and vivacious personality.
