Kevin had to go work on a machine in NW Germany and we have not been on a trip since June so we deided to tag along and see the Netherlands after he was done working. It was fun to take a road trip again and the kids have really gotten good at entertaining themselves in the car especially when compared to our first European road trip.
In the morning while Kevin worked the kids and I went to Bad Essen, Germany and played at a park. They had a blast!
He was very intrigued by this alligator and kept feeding it sand and checking to make sure it was not real
He also figured out how to go down a steep hill backwards. He was covered in wet grass afterwards but was so proud of himself.
After Kevin finished we drove to Utrecht, Netherlands which was only 2 1/2 hours away. It was a quaint little town
We warned her not to fall in!
See- he is getting good at entertaining himself!
